I have a severe anxiety issue, so let me know if it works.

My first thought when I saw the title was of the "thundershirts" made for dogs. It is a thing you velcro around your dog's body to help them w/ anxiety from thunderstorms, fireworks, whatever. I read abot them a few years ago, now they are mainstream. It makes sense.

Maybe if you look into holistic anxiety treatments there might be something about the blankets. i will look into it as well. Thanks.
