There are breathing methods to help calm yourself. If I remember correctly, it's breath in through your nose to the count of 10, then breath slowly out your nose to the count of 10, repeat 10 times. This used to help me when I had panic attacks. It takes some practice. Hope it helps.
Also, don't get paraniod about your posts. We are who we are. Your posts will be you and will help either you or someone else, even if you are just ranting. Sometimes we need that and this is the place for it.
