Thank you both well I went yesterday thinking that the doctor would tell me that I was waisting his time & there was nothing wrong with me but he didn't say that at all he told me I was over 10kg under weight & that I need to see a psychologist but that will be about 2-3 weeks & he has also given me some anti depressants I feel that I have done the right thing in taking the first step to get help I just have to see how I go.
