There is alot of resistance---mostly to the changes we as a system need to make. Cooperation is not something we all are familiar with--some yes, others want to continue to do their own thing.
Communication between us is difficult, but slowly we are making some progress. Learning to listen inside is going to take time and practice. Not something we had modeled for us growing up. Learning to respect each other's opinions and hear each other is going to take time for all of us. Much to work on. Exhausting and frustrating. I seem to be losing more time than gaining.
