Hello I hope things are better for you at this time. Have you had a physical and had your thyroid and your hormones checked recently. Sometimes medication, and age can bring on changes in the thyroid and hormones. ( the feeling feels like a heart attack) if you have hormonal disorder, or a ovarian cyst problem that you may npt be aware of at this time. I had this experience myself when I thought I was having a heart attack to be found thatI had a ruptured Ovarian Cyst and a hormonal imbalance.
