Hello I hope you are feeling better at this time. The American Diabetes Association have some very good diets to follow that allow you to eat less food but you can still lose weight on the diets. I am hypoglycemic and I lost weight on a hypoglycemic diet where you eat less food during the day pportionally but you could eat more often not to overload the system so you can lose weight and still eat in a rational manner. If you go to the Diabetes website on the internet then you can go to meal planning and find a good diet plan for yuourself that will help you lose weight in a healthy manner. Also TOPS (Taking off Pounds Sensibly) is a support group for people that want to lose weight and may be available in your area. I hope the best for you in the future, and remember to check with your Dr if you are on medication for mental health issues to make sure you are getting the right nutrition for your medication to regulate like it shouls.
