Yes, this is it exactly. Thank you for saying it. I do feel like I need support to get through this productively (rather than just putting up a complete wall)...since I'm not allowed to talk to my T (according to her) I'm looking for new avenues...but hard to find real life people since it's so private (to me)...thanks again for responding.
