(((Aiuto))),

When someone struggles with PTSD, they are challenged with exactly what you are expressing. It takes time to "work through" the PTSD and get to a point where you can slowly begin to feel more comfortable around "other people".

Struggling with "trust" is also another common challenge that comes from struggling with PTSD. It is a good thing to discuss in therapy too. In order for you to make gains on this you will need to discuss the challenges you have when it comes to "trusting" other people.

Keep in mind that PTSD magnifies our emotional challenges and sense of "lack of safety" around others. It takes patience and time to work through PTSD and get to a level where you slowly begin to gain a better understanding of how to "see others" in a different light and also be able to better manage "your sense of threat or mistrust".

Patience and keep yourself around others that can be more "supportive" of this challenge with PTSD. You are not the only person who is struggling this way either.
Many people struggle with PTSD and complex PTSD. It just seems like you are "alone" right now, because of where you are in your therapy and recovery.
