That is some really good advice. Like for me one of the things I have been realizing about myself is that when something new is upon me I start thinking of many many possibilities. I start thinking so much I will lose site of what I am doing. So now I am trying to be aware of myself when this starts happening and I try to bring myself back to the moment. Not stuck in the future.
