I would appreciate it so much if someone would take the time to read this for me. I am supposed to meet with my boss (claims unaware of health issues). I am also meeting next week with someone that is going to "reassign" me, and alter some things about my job. I need any information possible that I can provide for these meetings!I had been doing the same tasks for years on my own. Sometimes I would be slower as usual, but I always finished things on time. I build servers for a defense contractor. My title USED to be systems intergrater, and built everything by scratch (by myself) I even suggested my work be checked for errors before shipping which never happened. Now, these systems are being returned for an upgrade. This means they are taken apart. A few things are added like memory and other parts. The man that replaced me for this task has informed me that there were only 2 errors in over 300 servers that I had built! Excellent rate if you ask me. 2 servers had 1 loose screw. anything else that was wrong with them was not something that I could have done. (problems with software, faulty parts, etc.)Suddenly I became unqualified for my job. My journal entry has most of the details. I need ANY help!
