Thank you!

I am really enjoying. I mostly did it to be able to draw blood but my class was a two part class. Learn how to draw blood then be taught about all the different lab test and things like that. We were only shown the different lab tests and how some are run and stuff and allowed to do it once or twice, just to expose them to us mostly. The hospital I am at for my internship. My contact there who is in charge of what I do and where I go is trying something different with me. I am her experiment. I am actually starting our down in the lab and seeing what goes on there and helping out there and learning the system there. Not to in depth. But getting the basics down seeing how there computer systems work in each department. How different information is entered things like that. How there tests are ran or where it is taken. Many things I thought I would not get exposed to I am getting exposure to. It is really awesome and will make me appreciate the people who work down in the lab and deal with all the specimens that get sent to them when I am up on the floor. I love it all. I feel really fortunate to be getting the opportunity I am. I am learning so much and I hope this kind of learning continues. I love it.
