You can do this! The most important person who needs to praise you is YOU! I'm 15 years from that last cigarette and plan to never go back. I didn't get a lot of support from family and friends until I asked for it. Then it got better...they did the best they could.
No matter what, don't pick up the first one because then a thousand won't be enough. Good luck.
