I think I am in the wrong program. These folks come to my home and I am not connecting with anyone. Dx maj dep & ptsd. I feel it's a waste of their time and mine. There are not a lot of mental health providers here. I shutting am down and I just want to be left alone. Meds have helped alot. I am afraid they will shove me into hospital as a punitive measure. I need out!!
