What if it was one client who caused the disruption one day, and another client who caused the backlog another day? I'm sure there will be a time when your appointment starts on time, but it causes a backlog for people after you - then they'll still have the interuptions even more.
I guess the only way to make sure that never happens is to be your T's first client of the day! haha.
