If you're going to let it sit before showering, as the Doctor OZ suggestion - then you need to mix it half and half. Letting it sit for 15 mins does the job better. The spray bottle makes it easier if you're doing this prior to showering. If you find this tedious then do it in the shower - I use a large plastic cup...fill partly with the vinegar and add water. Linger in the shower for a min or two then rinse. Do this after shampooing and conditioner.
