The third book is by the man who I think was one of the major pioneers of making ADHD known. Barkley - Taking Charge of Adult ADHD! I haven't started it.. but I know it will be good.
I picked the books up based on the anecdotal examples they give in it. I can relate to many of them. It definitely, definitely, DEFINITELY has made me feel a lot better about myself. People constantly telling me that I'm messy.. or that I have so much potential.. why am I wasting my time... and now I get it. I'm starting to get it more and more. I've stopped feeling so bad and hard on myself! And now I just have to educate myself more about it to find out how to succeed and organize myself in a better way where I don't feel like I'm constantly on the brink of collapsing (organizationally - i.e. not paying stupid bills on time, or forgetting an important work tasks.. or preparing AHEAD for grad school applications instead of two weeks before etc)
