I agree that when a trusted professional says its time to go.

My last session I was feeling especially low and my therapist asked if I wanted to go to the hospital. I got immediately scared and said "no I'm fine".

My biggest fear is going into inpatient and having all my freedoms taken away from me. I remember being there and immediately just wanting to go home. Being overmedicated and trapped with no hope.
