Soidhonia, I'm confused here with your announcements of your "Support Chat." Is this something Doc John asked you to do? I haven't seen any announcements from him concerning this.

Are you qualified to give support to members here that goes beyond what this board is meant to do? Doc John has his own chat and there's another Dr that also gives several kinds of support... which, by the way, Doc John announced to us.

Could you clear this up for me, please?
