So that's what I'm trying to do now, I enrolled in an online school for my high school diploma, so I can move on to college courses and perhaps get a job.

My problem is that I can't seem to find any motivation to complete my modules and finish the course. They've given me 3 years to complete it, and I only have 3 months left with 31 lessons to complete and I have no motivation at all! I know I need to do it, I even go so far as to open the modules, but I can't focus on the lesson and I just end up putting it off for another month or so but I'm running out of time!

My question is, how can I motivate myself to do my exams? How do I get over the fear of getting a bad exam result? What are some studying techniques that I can do to keep myself doing it regularly?

Thanks!
Hi, I'm a college student dealing with ADHD and it's never easy to be myself. I get easily distracted and I'm one of those people who kept on failing in High School (luckily, I graduated). What I did was I never forced myself to study. I study when I want to. My motivation was my failure. I was fully aware of my failures and I felt the desperation to pass all of my subjects. At that time, I was dealing with low moments in both school and home.

What you need to do now is take a one-day rest. Sleep all day and clear your head. The next day, that's when you go on your studying. You still have 3 months right? Try to manage the 31 lessons. You could do 11 lessons in one month then 10 lessons each on the other two months remaining. Just remember to list down all the important notes (learn to take notes) so you have your reviewer. This is what I usually do sometimes when I'm in rush. I would make my own reviewer each lessons I take so when exam week comes, I am ready to review everything. Just remember when doing this, you have to be attentive on your teacher.

Take time with rest. If you feel lazy, go with it. Spend the whole day being lazy. Tomorrow, decide to study again and get on focus. Hope this helps
