my mom took xanax for awhile & i quit workin for her for sleep. she takes resteril now & it helps her sleep. im so used to these medications they just bring me down to level. as for meditation they taught us stuff in rehab to do & none of it does jack for me. i hope u can get help with ur sleep problems. i know how excruciating insomnia can be cuz ive had it for awhile.
