I've noticed quite a few people here have both bpd and bipolar, so I looked into what bpd is. After reading about it I realized that I most likely have it too. My significant other always told me that I seem to have bipolar all the time, but I didn't think so since mania doesn't happen everyday. I felt relieved knowing that I wasn't just over sensitive and that other people experience the same thing. I didn't know that this was considered a personality disorder. I don't know how this could get diagnosed and what the steps are. Also, how did you manage your symptoms? I made a post on the autism forum since I thought my anger was from my ASD.
