Thanks Kris. Although the topics I brought up in the meeting ended up in a lot of misunderstanding (not hurt feelings... just people contributing all sorts of advice that had little to do with the feelings I was trying to express) it was overall good to get out an be there. I still feel very isolated even in that group... I noticed it in my own body language and attitude, but there were some moments that I was able to force myself to break through and talk to some people during the break.

As of last night my brain has really turned up the anxiety level concerning money. Its getting so bad as to effect my sleep again, and I had been sleeping well for quite some time now. I need to take action while the anxiety is crippling my ability to go out or communicate.
