Your not alone. I can relate. It's a dog eat dog world out there. Very competitive and filled with back stabbers and chest stabbers. Personally I prefer the chest stabbers because you can see it coming.

I've always worked in a professional environment and naturally that is ripe for back stabbers and sharks. That women can be as dirty and mean as men should not surprise you, in fact they can be even more vicious in leadership roles.

It's hard, very hard. Luckily I now work over nite so I am spared of most of the focking drama that is present during the day. It is the drama that brings you down too. Try to get in a position were there are less people. The fewer the people, the fewer the drama, the better you will feel!
