I do not have the duo per say, but i do have rapid mood swings that resemble bipolar but occur much more frequently and doesn't last any where as long as bipolar. I can experience the whole spectrum, even hypomania in one day. From totaly depression can't get out of bed, total apathy to extremely elevated euphoria and even some times grandiosity. Mostly I get stuck the longest on anger and anxiety, lasting hours at a time each or cycling back and forth. What I really do not like is when I do feel totally elevated it scares me because I know the higher I feel, the harder the fall will be when it ends. I was originally diagnosed with bipolar II but obviously what I have is not bipolar. I have a personality disorder that resembles bipolar but is set off by triggers.
