In my experience, both depression and the meds used to treat it undermine my initiative.
You've been on your current meds for less than a week, so I hope what you are experiencing now will dissipate over the coming weeks and you'll start to feel more like your normal self. Keep track of your symptoms and report them to your prescribing doctor.

My dog
mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
