It looks like I have to have a meeting tonight too. It seems I have a little named Tootie who is having a rough time right now. She called my T and said she was all alone, needed a hug, needed help. My T talked to me and asked me if I could go inside and let her know that I was here for her, that I would keep her safe, that I would help her. I don't know if I want to do it or not because it seems that lately the memories that are coming are really horrible. I've been dissociating a lot lately. My T says "the worst always comes at the end, so we must be getting near the end." I'm afraid, but my system must think I am ready to handle the memories because they are making themselves known now. So I am here for now. Got to go and have that meeting! Then it's off to bed!
