Yes we are shifting more into this in therapy. Hopefully I will learn this cognitive behavior therapy like a pro one day so I can learn to live with the struggles and use my methods to avoid this struggle in the future. I get very tired of having what I call a "relapse" for 3day's because 90% is when dealing with the people that do not get it or ANY MI lol! So today I am Breezy and it has passed and better things fell in place! Another lesson learned 8))))
And I was in a rant when I first posted after I realized I do have 2 friends that are the greatest even from afar!
