If none of these folks were qualified, then who is qualified to make a diagnosis?

Can someone explain this to me? And is there a place where I might find the education, experience, licensing requirements for each MH professional?
social security sends out letters to applicants for SSDI and SSI shortly after they first apply for SSDI and SSI. in that letter it says social security would like the applicant to see the treatment providers listed free of charge to get a better understanding of the applicants disabilities.

when you got that letter did you see those treatment providers listed..

if not thats what the ALJ means. they are invalidating the treatment providers that you have already used so that you may see new treatment providers that are approved by social security. (the ones on the letter they send out)

this way the new judgement of approval or denial will be based on new information about your disabilities, not based on already supplied treatment providers which got you denied in the first place.

if they used the same treatment providers over and over again all thats going to happen is you getting denied over and over again.

if you cant find the letter social security sent you with the list of approved treatment providers that social security wants you to see contact your social security office and they will send you another letter of social security approved treatment providers.
