am gonna kind of use this as a journal,feel free 2 comment
today ive messed my diet up yet again,i need more will power def.my mate came around and had brought me a subway meatball,and no i didnt wanna eat it but i felt rude not exceptin so i did,i eat a few mouthfulls then binned it and holy hell,my stomach didnt half punish me,as soon after cramp like pains started
on the good news side.i was a size 12- 14 and within 2 weeks am just about managin 2 get into size 8,so i guess am size 10 really,am sittin here wearin my size 8`s as a reminder of my target weight and size
is pain after eatin fatty food,normal btw,esp if u been dieting
am actually eatin an apple at the mo.
ive decided that il try and eat apples at lunch instead of 2 digestive biscuits which is what i was eatin,
hopefully apples are lower in kcals then biscuits,if there not someone tell me lol.
i think my friends think am some diet doctor as the constantly askin me what the best types of food 2 eat on a diet and what they should eat and how much of it,i only got this thin coz i practically starve myself.
but then again at first it was hard as my stomach was constantly growlin ,now my stomach doesnt,so yes once u get past the severe hunger stage ,its actually very easy,though 2 be honest even though am down a size in clothes,i cant tell the difference,my stomach is still lookin 3 mths gone,
