I'm really glad your exam went well! My last pap was fast and didn't hurt at all. It was great! I always tell the doc who's doing it about my past too. That usually really helps. they tend to be more sensative then. I get regular check ups on everything. there are always horror stories, but I choose to keep tabs on my body and what it's doing. I'm almost 38 so that's a bit different than 23. Enjoy your youth and the health that goes with it. And congratulations on listening to the doctors and getting the regular exams they suggest even though your scared! Annie
