When I stayed home with young children, I did not put clothes on them. Saved lots of time, water, and detergent! They were either naked or just wearing a diaper.

If kids go to preschool, then you cannot do that.

It helped with potty-training, too - no need to take off lots of clothes to go to the bathroom; easier for both child and parent.
