I've been on Paxil for a while and bumping up the dose recently has made my mood improve. Doesn't improve my thinking patterns or psychotic symptoms but it makes me less depressed than without.

I've been on about a handful of antidepressants and Paxil has been the best for me. Other ones made me super crazy or exhausted.
