I understand the not wanting to try a bunch of medications. Do you have coping skills you can use to help maybe bring you to a more regular level?

Mindfulness? Meditation? Self grounding ? Yoga? Sticking to a sleep schedule? Exercise? Diet?

I do believe that we have the ability to help ourselves minimize episodes if they are caught soon enough.
