Well appointment went ok. Even though now i keep thinking about all my problems. The T said I had some anxiety which now that I look at somethings I can totally see that I do. Which now I cant seem to get that word out of my head it seems big but in real life it is small. So im just going to add it to the list of problems that I alredy have.
