I do believe that we have the ability to help ourselves minimize episodes if they are caught soon enough.

Hi Christina!
I wish I could stick to a sleep schedule. Ever since my latest roller coaster ride started, sleeping comes when it wants to come. This evening I slept from 7p to 11p. I'm sure I'll be up all night. Diet and exercise ...I don't have the patience for either one right now. It's taking every last ounce of sanity to get myself to work. I'm obsessed with thoughts of quitting. All my thoughts are running together, meditation...incapable. So I guess my coping skills are zero to none. I have done nothing right except for one thing, I've alerted 2 people that I'm at the dark orange color for terror alert. And I will be contacting my psychiatrist to schedule an appt within the next few weeks.
Thank you very much for your warm greetings
