If your even THINKING about harming yourself, call the dr now, like emomom says. If you have to wait until morning, then do it in the morning. First thing in the morning. If you can't sleep, keep busy. Put on a movie, keep posting on this site and reading other threads, write in a journal, draw a self portrait, eat cereal. This feelings you have are going to pass. Make yourself aware of that.
