i hope people who want to become chat leaders will think of how disappointing it is to get up just for a Support Chat, and find that it's not being held, no one knows why, what a let down.

i would like to encourage prospective chat leaders to get a co-leader: someone to come to the Chat regularly, and fill in, at least hosting, when the leader is absent, with or without notice.

we all know that life is uncertain, but it can be really discouraging to be counting on a chat and find nothing. best wishes to any who take on this responsibility~!
