Like MM, I follow a very strict sleep schedule. I go to bed somewhere between 9-10:30pm. My alarm for work goes at 6.
I stay in bed those hours, no matter how much I want to get up. Sometimes I'll get up at 5am, but I'm absolutely not allowed to get out of bed before then. If I'm awake, well, then I'm just laying there daydreaming or thinking about whatever my brain thinks is a fitting subject.
At least my body is getting some rest, if not my mind.
