Can smell them a mile off but there is just one in my life I can't rid of. And it's annoying me

I just want to tell them exactly what they are and it angers me no on but me can see it! I know this is probably bad but it's how I feel right now, the only consolation I have is that it must be bad to be in their head! And I am so sure the act IT is keeping up at the moment wont last for too long.
