Dieting too severely can cause damage to the gall bladder. When that acts up, it can cause pain after eating fatty foods. I have a sis-in-law & a friend that this happened to & they needed to have surgery to have it removed. I'd talk to you doc about your diet. You don't want to lose too fast & mess up your body.
I'm dieting & actually seeing a weight loss specialist cuz I've been binge eating & now have high blood pressure, insulin resistance, as well as looking really bad. Very low self-esteem due to my weight (185 lbs./5 ' 3"). She says that my extreme dieting in the past has slowed down my metabolism so you don't want to do that either! Good luck.--Suzy
