yellowfrog, I have ADD and I take adderal for it. I also struggle with severe anxiety--you'd think the adderal would make my anxiety worse but it actually helps because it slows down my mind. My racing thoughts are a big problem with my ADD and anxiety. I have taken zoloft in the past but it did not seem to work for me. But, everybody is different so it might work for you.....D.
