widowlost, I'm on food stamps and am also in the process of applying for disability (appealing). I'm fortunate that my parents are giving me a place to stay. I also have a low stress, online part-time job. The job covers the cost of my meds but not much more than that. I get most my meds through a program called prescription hope. I understand what its like to struggle--before moving in with my parents I lived in a camper for a year......hang in there.....D.
