Hiya,

Try writing down things that, when you are feeling good, are good about you. Look at yourself...what is nice about you? Do you have nice hair, nice eyes, or whatever it is acknowledge it! What are you good at when feeling good? May it be anything think of it.

I know it is so hard to recognise the good we have in us when feeling low but try and focus on the good stuff that make you, you!

Is there something you have been putting off recently? Write up a plan of how you are going to get it done, even if it is a small task. I believe completing the things we have been meaning to get done, help to reinforce we're capable and in turn build some confidence.

Is there someone you trust, love or really close to? Ask them what they like about you...no matter how small it is ask them to tell you. Not so easy but just do it, it will help wonders! I often ask my husband what he likes about me when feeling low and also my parents.
