What do you think of meditation effect towards ADHD treatment?
Some years ago i was experiencing ADHD symptoms (inability to concentrate, inability to relax, uncontrolled energy bursts, anxiety, etc.)
Besides ADHD i had panic attacks, depression, and other health problems.
But meditation helped me a lot. I think it is the best solution for ADHD and other problems.
Drugs have only temporary positive effect IMHO. To get rid of ADHD (or depression, or PA) you have to work with yourself, to break many of your habits, to learn new habits and new discipline, but not to take pills. Easy solutions don't work.
