Im suffering a terrible headache again from my back. Woke up with it, wont go away. Tried five extra strength tylenol (dont worry checked with doc first and said although I shouldnt do it often, up to 4000 mg one time here and there is ok) still have the damned headache. Tried a cup of coffee as doc said a little caffeine can help sometime.

hot bath has been tried. I am so sick of these headaches. What do you all do with terrible headaches? I hate being so sore.
