My favorite was my Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Fujita. I will never forget how she would protect me from the other kids. She wouldn't let them pick on me when she was around and reprimanded them if they did it when she wasn't around.
She was elderly when I was in Kindergarten (about 27 years ago) so I don't know if she is still alive, but it would be cool to find and thank her.
