I'm sorry, dentist, yuck. I really hate going to the dentist too.

Can you get nitrous oxide (gas)? I know it helps some (me), and others dislike it. I don't like the extra cost so I go without. This last visit (yesterday), I tried taking myself elsewhere in my mind and it worked a little. I picture myself in a green pasture type setting.
