I was wondering if anyone had any tips in overcoming agoraphobia and social phobia? I developed it over the past year, now I literally have no social life at all. I would like to start getting out more and not be nervous around people, in public places. I really want to actually be living my life

I wonder if it's something I should start out with little steps first? I feel like I over think upcoming social situations to the point where I make it seem like something worse than it actually is and start getting more nervous.
