I have to work on what came with my agoraphobia while gradually trying to build up the number of times I am outside the house. So, I agree little baby steps at first.
I have to mentally get myself prepared to get out. Lately, I found giving myself small rewards is helping ATM.
I try to massage the positives and work on relieving stress if I suffer any setbacks.
Take what you like, and leave the rest behind.
