thank you firstly everyone for your replies.

Sky, what happens is the muscles in my back get so notted and tensed that it eventually works its way right up my spine to my neck = tension headaches. Ive got two slight curves + degenerative disc in my back so I get flare ups like this sometimes. This is day three of this headache.

I am more than willing to try the chocolate!
